Yeah... I know. Whenever I drew TFA so far, it mostely have been Prowl.
But tell you something: I like what they did with his character a lot in Animated. The whole ninja-thing is just perfect for japanese-themed pics like this and I LOVE the cultur. Not to mention, that I would like to live the way of living in the traditional Japan, but that won't happen, I afraid

Anyway... As for the details:
There are a few elements in here, which represents the culture in Japan. Okay, Prowl being a ninja is the obvious one, but there are many more.
First of, the Katana he's holding, the moon with it's refection on the water and of course, the tsubaki (camellia japonica), which is also one of my favourite flowers.

The Katana represents the fighting, the moon is a mystical force and so the water, which only reflects, but never shows it's true power so obvious. The Tsubaki stands for beauty and a strenght. The blossoms die when they are at most beauty.
(that's true: Camellias let their blossoms fall to the gound when they are full open and mostely beautifull )

To me, Prowl is not only the "lone wolf" he tend to be, but also tender and kind-hearted, yet very firm in tradition and disciplin, which all comes together in the way of Bushido, "the way of warrior".
